Ann de Vere

Ann has worked extensively in the finance arena within both the public and private sectors, helping organisations to develop policies, procedures and systems that will protect their human and financial assets.

During her extensive career in the public sector Ann developed her expertise in the lone working arena. This included managing the national NHS project to trial new and innovative lone worker protection technology, leading on lone working guidelines and policies and sitting on the National Lone Working Steering Group. Ann is passionate about helping organisations to develop safer working environments for their lone workers.

As a Graduate Counter Fraud Specialist, Ann joined KPMG to lead a Fraud Loss Measurement and Reduction Service, working with clients to review business practices and procedures, to reduce cost leakage and re-focus resources to protect financial assets.

Jenny Davidson

Jenny has over 20 years experience of designing and delivering accredited and bespoke training packages in the private and public sector.

She was instrumental in the research, development and delivery of the largest programme of conflict resolution training ever implemented for key frontline staff within the NHS. Additionally, she was involved in the early stages of the development of the accredited training programme for Local Security Management Specialists also appointed within the NHS.

As an Accredited Counter Fraud Trainer, Jenny has a wealth of experience in both the development and delivery of all aspects of investigative training ranging from interviewing skills through to law and procedure.
